Chartsworth Apartments Renovation

Mechanical, electrical, plumbing and telecommunication renovations have significantly increased the building’s value and attractiveness without hindering its charm. New air conditioners, finned tube radiation, steam cabinet unit heaters, and pressure-reducing-station were installed to provide comfort heating to the apartments and hallways.
