UC1 - Mechanical Renovation

Conti’s Mechanical, Fire Protection, Controls and Electrical Divisions worked together in constructing upgrades throughout the building, such as a new variable air volume system and radiant ceiling panels, along with four mechanical rooms consisting of air handlers, boilers, chillers, condenser pumps, heating hot water pumps, heating recirculation pumps, and chilled water pumps.

With the extremely condensed schedule of 8 weeks, the project truly embodied the one company construction advantage that allowed the job to be completed on time.
