System Integration

Implementation of new systems can be a challenge, but it doesn’t have to be. Conti believes in a method of project integration that benefits the internal team as well as the external client through a consistent execution of operational process, procedures, and documentation. This includes proper planning and communication through the entirety of the project. Our phased approach to each project includes consultation, design, testing and pre-installation, on-site implementation, and commissioning and testing. This practiced operational process continues to produce successful projects, not just following install, but for the life of the space.
